Next time you have one of ‘those’ shots that worry you force yourself to be positive.
Imagine the shot you would like to play, visualise the ball flying nicely over the bunker and landing close to the hole.
It can’t hurt…whereas, imagining it going into the bunker certainly can.
Your mind is a powerful thing and thinking positive thoughts sends a message to your muscles telling them how to execute the shot you would like.
